Our Luxury Mini-Bus – a Special Mercedes Sprinter Coach – at your service for hire

We can transport up to 15 guests in our luxury Mercedes Mini Bus to family or group outings -either day or night, sporting events, concerts, corporate car services, conventions, holiday transportation, weddings, or anything you have in mind. We even offer special transport for bicycle groups.

This mini- bus / coach has,

• Reclining Coach seats
• Privacy Glass and Curtains
• Coach class air conditioning and heating
• Coach entrance door at the front of the vehicle
• Wheelchair Access from the rear
• DVD entertainment system
• Self levelling rear air-bag rear suspension
• Overhead reading lights and air-conditioner vents, and personal luggage racks.

The vehicle may be configured to suit your needs: Standard, Wheelchair Access, Bicycle or Extra Luggage.

1. Standard
   15 passengers plus luggage space for about 10 suitcases. 
2. Wheelchair Access
   10 passengers plus space for about four suitcases, some luggage space available once wheelchair is loaded
3. Bicycle Transport
   Various configurations to suit.  Here is a guide.
   15 passengers plus 5 bikes outside the vehicle on racks and 3 inside.
   12 passengers plus 5 bikes outside the vehicle on racks and 5 inside.
4. Extra Luggage Capacity
   12 passengers and up to about 16 suitcases. 

Conditions to note

Change of configuration: For anything other than our standard configuration, we reserve the right to charge a set-up fee. This will depend on length of charter and other conditions at the time. Please get in touch and let us know what you have in mind.
Wheelchairs: We can accommodate one wheelchair (including an electric wheelchair), buggy, or other mobility aides at a time. It may have a wheelbase up to 125cm and be no more than 65cm wide. Our lift is rated for up to 300kg. Guests may either remain seated in the wheelchair or transfer to a standard seat if they are able. Their wheelchair or mobility aide can then be stowed securely. We have capacity for one wheelchair.

We Also Offer Our Mercedes 6 seat vans for hire.

Do you have a smaller group than would be appropriate for our mini bus? We can also offer all of the same services (except wheelchair accommodation) in our 6-seat Mercedes van. Under present Covid-Safe limitations, this would be an excellent choice for a couple’s outing.
