Featherdale Wildlife Park 8:30 – 9:45
Best visited in the morning, the day begins with a visit to Featherdale Wildlife Park, home to one of Australia’s most extensive collections of native wildlife. Here, you’ll meet koalas, wallabies, and wombats up close, see a large crocodile, and enjoy a dazzling array of birds, including parrots, finches, emus, cassowaries, and owls.
Wentworth Falls Guided Walk: 11:00 – 12:30
Next, we journey to Wentworth Falls for a scenic walk. There are several trails suitable for different fitness levels. The Undercliff Walk, a medium-grade option, winds beneath sandstone cliffs along the Jamison Valley, offering spectacular views and a chance to connect with nature away from the crowds.
Free Time for Lunch at Leura: 12:45 – 14:00
After the walk we recommend Leura Village, known as the Garden Village of the Blue Mountains although the options are up to you, alternatives being Wentworth Falls or Katoomba. Guests can relax with lunch, explore boutique shops, or enjoy the village’s peaceful charm—particularly beautiful in spring.
Echo Point: 14:15 – 14:45
Best viewed in the afternoon, we visit Echo Point to view the famous Three Sisters up close. This iconic lookout provides incredible photo opportunities over the Jamison Valley.
Cliff Drive, Cahill’s Lookout & Boars Heady: 15:00 – 15:20
Continue to Cahill’s Lookout and Boars Head Lookout along cliff drive for sweeping views over the Megalong Valley and surrounding mountains.
Depart the Blue Mountains: 15:20
Begin the journey back to Sydney.
Return to Sydney: 17:00 -17:30

For the best experience, we recommend Featherdale Wildlife Park in the morning when it is not too hot and as the animals are more cheerful, and the Katoomba area in the afternoon for the sunlight effects on the Three Sisters into the Jamison Valley.
