Katoomba Falls

Katoomba Falls is best seen from the Furber Steps lookouts such as Queen Victoria Lookout which we rate as the best lookout for seeing the Three Sisters. The track leads down from near the Scenic Railway into the valley.

Glenbrook National Park

Visit Glenbrook and search for wild kangaroos. Most easily seen at dusk or first stop of the day. This bush setting in the grassy Euroka Clearing is a haven for families of Eastern Grey Kangaroos, Lyre Birds, Kookaburras and Cockatoos. Enjoy fresh food and refreshments from Glenbrook Village and break the journey here.

Wentworth Falls

Follow the famous naturalist Charles Darwin’s footsteps along Jamison Creek's rock pools and cascades. Take the Overcliff- Undercliff track to Princess Rock or take the river-canyon down the Den Fella walking track. We’ll introduce you to walks of various levels overlooking the famous Jamison Valley and Wentworth Falls.

Blackheath

Blackheath is close to the highest point in the Blue Mountains, its township has an extremely relaxed atmosphere, it overlooks the Gross Valley to the north and the Megalong Valley to the south. Visit the victory theatre and the antique café or the gourmet sandwich shop to take-away and dine at the nearby Govett’s Leap. Enjoy the Rhododendron festival in November.

Katoomba Township

This is the major town of the Blue Mountains. See Katoomba's charm – art deco streetscapes, small family owned stores and a budding arts and music scene. Stop at the top of the tow, near the railway station for restaurants, the Paragon or the Carrington Hotel.  Katoomba St and Lurline St offer charming boutique's , galleries and cafes.

Luera Village

Leura’s tree lined main street and small arcades are great for experiencing cafes, restaurants, shops and galleries. This remarkable town will take you back in time, visit antique shops and the candy store stocked with 1000’s of unusual sweets gathered from all over the world.

The Grose Valley

To the north of Blackheath lies the Gross Valley. This grand rugged valley/canyon may be seen from the Bells Line of road with convenient access via Blackheath. Visit Govett’s Leap, Evans Lookout, Pulpit Rock or Anvil Rock for spectacular views and unique Australian heathland habitat with rainforest and eucalyptus forests below.

Echo Point

Echo Point is the most visited spot to see the famous Three Sisters. This and other lookouts nearby are selected as one of our last activities of the day, the afternoon sun reflects on the sandstone rocks and cliffs below. In the distance the valley shows a blueish haze. Katoomba is also the site of the scenic railway. An optional ride into the valley if desired.
